Who is responsible
IrwellCore is responsible for deciding how information submitted through this website is used. The site identifies IrwellCore as an independent IT project consultancy serving Greater Manchester onsite and clients across the UK remotely.
Privacy enquiries can be sent to sales@irwellcore.co.uk. The website does not currently publish a full legal entity name or postal address.

Information we handle
Information you enter
- Your name and email address, which are required so the enquiry can be identified and answered.
- Your phone number, which is required only when you ask to be contacted by phone or WhatsApp.
- Your preferred contact method.
- The required project subject and organisation type, plus the preferred timing you select.
- Your required project message and optional marketing choice.
If the required information is not provided, the website cannot deliver the enquiry. You can instead contact IrwellCore directly by email and provide only the information needed to answer you.
Technical information used with a submission
- The page path where the form was submitted and the submission time.
- A form-start time and hidden honeypot field used to detect automated submissions.
- A Vercel BotID challenge result and related browser, network and security signals used to distinguish a person from automated traffic.
- A one-way hash of the requesting IP address, used in process memory to enforce a ten-minute rate-limit window.
- A random request reference used to match an error shown to you with a server log entry.
Validation logs contain status information and invalid field names rather than the values you entered. Vercel, as the hosting provider, may also receive standard request information such as IP address, device or browser details, timestamps and requested pages as part of operating its network.

How we use it
- To validate, deliver and respond to the project enquiry you ask us to handle.
- To send an internal notification and an acknowledgement email to you.
- To manage the enquiry as a lead, including optional HubSpot contact sync when that integration is enabled.
- To prevent repeated or automated submissions and diagnose delivery failures.
- To send occasional follow-up offers and updates only when you tick the optional marketing box.
The website does not use the form for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. BotID can automatically reject a submission that appears to be automated; a rejected visitor can contact IrwellCore by email instead. The source code does not record which UK GDPR lawful basis IrwellCore has selected for enquiry handling, CRM records or abuse prevention. The optional marketing choice is recorded separately and can be withdrawn by contacting us.

Who receives it
IrwellCore recipients
The configured IrwellCore mailbox receives the enquiry so it can be reviewed and answered.
Resend
Resend processes the submitted details to deliver the internal notification and confirmation email.
HubSpot, when enabled
HubSpot is searched by email. New contacts may receive name, email and phone details; project and marketing fields are synced only when the custom-property setting is enabled.
Vercel
Vercel hosts the site, routes requests through its infrastructure and verifies the BotID security challenge on enquiry submissions.
These providers may process information outside the UK under their own locations and contractual arrangements. The safeguards selected in IrwellCore’s provider accounts are not visible in the website source. You can ask IrwellCore for the applicable details.

How long information is kept
The website does not save enquiry records in its own database. Copies can remain in the receiving mailbox, Resend delivery records and HubSpot when that optional integration is enabled. Their retention is controlled outside this repository, and no fixed IrwellCore retention period is currently stated here.
The hashed-IP rate-limit entry stops affecting submissions after ten minutes. It exists only in the running server process and may remain there until the store is cleaned or that server instance is recycled. Error logs can contain a request reference, status, error code and invalid field names, but are designed not to log the values entered in the form.
You can ask how long a specific enquiry will be kept or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained where an applicable obligation or ongoing dispute requires it; IrwellCore should explain any such exception when responding.

Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis that applies, UK data-protection rights may let you ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to its use. You can also withdraw the optional marketing choice at any time.
Your right to object: you can ask IrwellCore to stop using your information where the right to object applies, including objecting to direct marketing at any time.
Email sales@irwellcore.co.uk with enough information to locate your enquiry. IrwellCore may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing data. Rights requests will be handled without undue delay and normally within one calendar month, subject to any lawful extension. If you remain concerned after contacting IrwellCore, you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
